GUIDELINES FOR FREE & EASY REPLACEMENT / REFUND / EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT
- In the case of the product being faulty or any other issue with the product such as receiving damaged goods on delivery or contradicting to the description offered by us of the product, then you can request a Replacement / Refund / Exchange at no extra cost.
- Do remember to return the product in its original condition, along with original packaging and the bill / invoice.
- Buyer needs to raise the Return request within 7 days after they received your product .
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:
1. The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received damaged merchandise.
You can claim for refund within 7 days after you received your product.
How long the refund procedure takes?
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.
- The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.
